 How do I register for Alumni Reunion Weekend?

You can register several ways:

> Online registration is available here

> Complete and mail the response card which was included with the Reunion invitation.  Invitations will mail in Mid-February.

> Contact the Office of Alumni Relations by email at or by phone at 610-647-4400 ext. 3126 with any registration questions.

I am having difficulty with the registration site, what should I do?

Some people experience difficulty when using Internet Explorer with our registration site.  If this occurs, please try using a different internet browser to access the registration page.  If you are still having trouble with your registration, please contact the Office of Alumni Relations by email at or by phone at 610-647-4400 ext. 3135.

To best prepare for your visit to Immaculata, we would like to share the following information:

  • All buildings on campus are Handicap Accessible.
  • There are handicap accessible restrooms throughout campus.
  • Each building on campus has an elevator available for public use.
  • Assistance will be available for those with limited mobility at the Golden Macs luncheon.

Please let us know about any special needs – including dietary requirements or handicap accessibility needs – when you register.  We will do our best to accommodate your needs as long as we know about your circumstances at least one week prior to the weekend.

I live a distance from Immaculata. Are there any accommodations nearby?

I plan to travel to campus for Reunion Weekend; what are some ways to get to Immaculata?

There are many ways to get to Immaculata for Reunion Weekend.  If you choose to drive to campus, you can find driving directions online by visiting this page.

There are two ways that you can get to Immaculata via public transportation:

My class year doesn’t end in “8” or “3”. Can I still come to the Reunion events?

Alumni Reunion Weekend is open to all alumni, no matter the class year.  We encourage all alumni to come home to the dome for this special weekend, we would love to see you on campus!

Is there a way for me to find out if my classmates are attending Reunion Weekend?

Attendee lists will be posted on the main Reunion webpage in mid-March.

I’d like to bring a guest/guests along, is that permitted?

Guests are definitely welcome to attend.  When registering, please indicate the number of tickets you wish to purchase for each event, and include your guest(s) name(s) in the appropriate area of the registration form.

Where do I register when I get to campus?

Your first paid event serves as your point of registration.  You will receive your nametag at this time.

It’s been a while since I’ve been on campus. How will I know where to go?

There will be plenty of resources available to you for Reunion Weekend.  A campus map will be made available online, and there will be plenty of signage on campus for Alumni Reunion Weekend, as well.

Where should I park when I arrive?

There are many places to park on campus.  You can view the campus map to determine the location of your first event, and the nearest parking to that location.

What if I forget what I registered for?

Staff at each event will have a full list of attendees and events that each person has chosen to attend, and can assist guests with finding their way to each event.  There will also be directional signs throughout campus to assist our guests in finding their way around.

When I arrived on campus, I realized I wanted to attend an event I didn’t register for. What should I do?

We’re happy you’re interested in attending additional events.  If you’ve already received your nametag, you may proceed to check-in area of the event you wish to attend but did not register for.  The University Advancement Staff will be happy to assist you upon arrival.

If you have not yet received your nametag for the weekend, just proceed to the event that you wish to attend and the Advancement Staff members will be happy to help you.

I’m interested in attending my class dinner, but Mac’s Pub also sounds fun. Can I go to both?

Definitely!  In fact, alumni who choose to attend their individual class dinner can come to Mac’s Pub afterwards for no additional charge.  You can enjoy the comfort and socializing with your classmates, then come out to dance and enjoy the music at Mac’s Pub!

My class isn’t having an individual class dinner, but we’d like to be together at the All Class Dinner at Mac’s Pub.  Is that possible?

Yes, we are able to designate areas within the All Class Dinner tent for specific classes, and will be happy to help you gather with your class.  If you’d like to be sure we have a space designated for you and your classmates, please contact us at for assistance.
Please note: Requests for designated spaces will be accepted until April 5, 2018.
